I don't usually make any as I don't see the point if I know I won't be able to keep them, but this year I have made one; I will get to Australia this year, in any way possible. If I don't get the financial support to go study there I will do something else, but I will get there somehow! I did the same thing the New Years Eve before I went to England.
Our cat, Asterix, hid under the coffee table as the fireworks went off. But as it finished, and I was watching the Royal Variety, he jumped up on the sofa and enjoyed the music of Les Misérables. Apparently he's very cultured.

I didn't make any New Years resolutions this year.. Though I did set myself some challenges from now until my birthday... (feb 16)
So at the moment i'm going for 1. No alcohol, 2. No chocolate and 3. No Soft Drink (aside from energy drinks)
